Useful things to include if you are reporting a problem: which browser and version, roughly how large the photo was, and what the page said when it went wrong. The error message text matters more than a description of it.
Why there is no contact form
A form on a static site has to send what you type to a third-party service to be delivered. That would put your message and your email address on someone else's server — which is exactly the thing this converter refuses to do with your photos.
It would be strange to argue that your holiday pictures deserve better treatment than your words. So: plain email, no middleman.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a photo. Conversion happens entirely in your browser and nothing is kept, which means there is no copy of your file anywhere for us to look at — that is the point of the design, and it cuts both ways.
If a conversion failed, the original on your device is untouched. Nothing we do modifies your source files.
